Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Partners:

We make use of reliable courier services/Speed Post (Delivery Partners) for shipping and delivery of Products purchased by you. We are not responsible for issues or delays in delivery by our Delivery Partners or any other factors that cannot be controlled by Us. 

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time is an estimate by us based on the location of our facilities, your shipping address, and the available Delivery Partners. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

Inability to Deliver:

In the unlikely event that the delivery is not possible at your shipping address for any reasons beyond the control of the Site, including but not limited to poor courier services in shipping address, inaccessibility of shipping address, force majeure events, we shall inform you of the same and cancel your order, followed by a completed refund.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation:

We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. We will not be able to cancel your order after the shipment is out of our facility for delivery. 

Return:

We want you to be completely satisfied with our Products, if you’re not happy with your order, you can return it, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • The tags must be intact and the Product must be in the original packaging.

  • The Product is received from the delivery partner and a return is issued within 2 weeks of the date of delivery.

  • We will make three attempts to pick up the item, and if the item is not picked up within the third attempt, the return request will be marked as failed.

To return, please contact our customer support to initiate a return process.

Refund:

Meeting the above conditions, the return will be processed and a refund will be issued, subject to deductions of any banking transaction charges incurred by us during the order and cancellation/return process. We will refund the required amount to the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased.

Non Processing of Refund:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank account/credit card. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
